eucharist

The Eucharist (literally “Thanksgiving”) stands at the core of Christian community and life, and goes by several names: Holy Communion, the Lord’s Supper, the Mass, and Eucharist. But whatever it is called, communion is served at God’s table – and at Christ Church, all are welcome to come forward to the altar to receive the bread and wine in communion with God and each other, regardless of religious background. Gluten-free wafers are available.

If you do not wish to receive communion and would like a blessing, simply cross your hands over your chest when you approach the altar.
